Everyone I have dealt with at LPI has been super. Anytime I have called I have gotten the answer I was looking for. This time last year all of this was so new to me. I had never used publisher before, I was one frightened gal. Goodness, what a difference in one year, I will admit I still have so much to learn, I've only hit the surface.
