EBS® — Express Bulletin Service

Express Bulletin Service is LPi's electronic file transfer program. Each LPi Service Center has different software options, but no matter how you design your document, EBS® helps transport the files immediately to LPi's facilities.

You will receive training and support from LPI's computer specialists, as well as a comprehensive User's Guide. Call your local marketing representative or LPi Service Center to learn about the advantages of using EBS®.

Different formats and sizes

At LPi, we know that your needs change depending on the time of year. LPi will work with you to provide the best formats for your publication. For instance, you may need fewer pages during the summer or an additional page for Christmas. We always remember that you are the customer, and we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your publication.

Color

We also have the flexibility to print color when you want color, so you're not locked into one option. We can print color covers every week or just for holidays or special days. The choice is up to you—either way, your bulletin will stand out and gain the attention it deserves.

We all know that a color cover can make a big impact, especially for holidays, but would you believe that using 2-color on the inside of a bulletin can make a bigger impression? Our churches who use 2-color inside their bulletin are thrilled by the amount of information they can now fit and about the positive feedback from parishioners who are noticing and responding to items like never before.

Perforations

Perforated, tear-out pages can be used for calendars, surveys, schedules, or anything else that your community members may want to save.

Stapling and Collating

Stapling and collating are special services that LPi offers to help your bulletin or newsletter get your message across while providing those "extra" touches.

Flyers and Inserts

In addition to printing your weekly bulletin or newsletter, LPi can print and insert special ads, promos or flyers for you. There is no limit to how many extra inserts we can provide. Call your local marketing representative or LPi Service Center.

Advertising Grids

At LPi, we appreciate each and every one of your sponsors, and we make sure that they are completely satisfied with how their ads look. We will change an advertiser's copy for free up to four times a year.

If you think you would like a different format for your bulletin or newsletter, contact your marketing representative or LPi Service Center. You can determine together if you need additional advertising revenue or if a grid change is necessary.
