You control who joins your organization's network and who is in which group(s). Members join by invitation only, fill out their own profile, including only as much information as they are comfortable with. Their view of the Network is limited to their group memberships.
Members choose what type of information to complete in the user profile—e-mail, address, and phone numbers all the way to family information, photos, and hobbies. User profiles are easy to update allowing members to keep data current.
As members build their profiles, each user has a directory view that can be filtered by name or group membership.
