LPi's 2026 Vibrant Employee of the Year

LPi’s Vibrant Employee Award is given to those who have exceeded performance expectations while modeling the LPi Core Values — accelerate results, bring positive energy, drive innovation, own the outcome, strengthen communities, and win together. All employees are encouraged to nominate someone for the award, and everyone is eligible to win!

This year, our Vibrant Employee Award grand prize winner is Teresa Perkins, Communication Consultant.

Teresa received nominations from 11 LPi colleagues — a powerful reflection of the impact she has across our organization. Over and over, her teammates described her as someone who embodies our Core Value of “Own the Outcome.” She approaches every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude and has become a trusted go-to person for questions, problem-solving, and innovative new ideas.

Teresa became an expert in LPi’s easy-to-use website platform, WeConnect, and now serves as the team captain for demos, leading group sessions, providing one-on-one support, and helping Communication Consultants across both our Community and Church teams strengthen their skills. She is also pioneering the use of AI for the CC teams by taking responsibility for her own development and generously sharing what she learns so others can grow alongside her.

With her 11 separate nominations, Teresa emerged as the clear choice for this year's grand prize. Her colleagues’ overwhelming support speaks volumes about what she accomplishes and how she makes people feel along the way. She leads without needing a title, shares her expertise without hesitation, and brings energy, creativity, and genuine care to everything she does.

In recognition of Teresa’s achievements, LPi CEO Jill McDermott shared, “Teresa, you see what needs to be done, step forward and make it happen. You elevate the people around you, turn challenges into opportunities, and consistently go beyond what is expected. Your initiative, generosity, and commitment to helping others succeed make LPi stronger. You are an extraordinary example of what it means to Own the Outcome and a truly deserving grand prize winner.”

Congratulations, Teresa, and thank you for all your hard work. You are truly a Vibrant Employee!
