This video will show you how to build a second collection in WeShare.

  1. Log in and click Giving on the left-hand navigation.
  2. On the next page, click +New. From the drop down, choose Second Collection.
  3. Fill in the details: Collection Name and Brief Description.
  4. Choose an image to go along with your second collection.
  5. Enter in the date that the transaction will be processed on. Click on the calendar and choose year, month, and day.
  6. Yearly Reoccurrence: select Yes if the second collection should occur annually. Select No if it should only occur once.
  7. If your site has more than one bank account set up, choose which account the funds should filter to.
  8. Select the Fund Label (NOTE: Donation is defaulted, but Payment is available for non-deductible second collections).
  9. Under Communications, enter in the User Support information: Contact Name and Phone Number. Under Email Settings, you can add the collection manager’s name or parish name. The From Email Address will display on the receipt to show who the receipt is from.
  10. Create a custom message to include within the body of the receipt.
  11. Click Preview Email to view how the receipt will look.
  12. Click Create when finished.
