Too often we ask parishioners to give of themselves without helping them uncover what God has given them to share. With the help of two Gallup-certified Strengths Coaches, we will explore ways of helping people uncover their gifts and talents, with a particular emphasis on using Clifton StrengthsFinder© in your own parish.
Special Guest: Kerry Ann Tornesello
Kerry Ann Tornesello is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, heads up her own company Engage Coaching, and previously served as the Associate Director of Development for the Diocese of Charlotte. She has degrees from DeSales University and Indiana University Bloomington. Kerry provides strengths based workshops and coaching to small businesses and faith based communities nationwide.
