Seed Stewardship

SEED™

Session 4 of 5 in Webinar Series

Planting the SEED™ of Stewardship

Stewardship is the disciple’s response in faith. However, a lack of clear catechesis has led to a misunderstanding of the way of life every disciple is called to lead. In this latest webinar, we’ll explore why a true stewardship message is important in a parish and diocese, how to plant stewardship seeds effectively, and the fruits we should expect.

Special Guest: Fr. John Jirak

Fr. John Jirak is a priest of the Diocese of Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from Conception Seminary College in 1998 and received a master’s degree at the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio. He attained his licentiate in Canon Law in 2010 at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

In 2018 Fr. Jirak was transferred to the Church of the Magdalen to serve as pastor. Today, in addition to his priestly duties, he also serves on the Diocesan Tribunal as a judge, as well as Diocesan Vicar for Evangelization, Discipleship and Stewardship.
