With Microsoft announcing the end of Publisher next year, October 2026, LPi is officially recommending Canva Pro as the preferred platform for building publications.

 

Canva Pro, the premium version, is user-friendly and allows for the creation of print-ready files. It is an intuitive, drag-and-drop, and cloud-based platform. Canva offers free access to Canva Pro and Canva Teams to those who are registered as a nonprofit organization.
