With Microsoft announcing the end of Publisher in 2026, LPi is officially recommending Canva Pro as the preferred platform for building publications.

 

Canva Pro, the premium version, is user-friendly and allows for the creation of print-ready files. It is an intuitive, drag-and-drop, and cloud-based platform. Canva offers free access to Canva Pro to those who are registered as a nonprofit organization.
